Ley General de Víctimasが下院議員に承認される

今日はおめでたい日である。「Ley  General de Víctimas」が下院議員によって承認されたことでようやく国家が「暴力の被害者」の存在を認め、彼らを守ることになる。取りあえず、MOVIMIENTO POR LA PAZ CON JUSTICIA Y DIGNIDADにとって､大きな勝利である。


＊元PINK FLOYDのROGER WATERSの来墨が勝利にも影響したかも知れない。彼はCONCERT中に「Ley  General de Víctimas」を応援し、上の手紙を「MOVIMIENTO POR LA PAZ CON JUSTICIA Y DIGNIDAD」によこした。
